Hi there !
Here's the answer:

Given,
The 3 tigers roar regularly at intervals of 16, 18 and 24 minutes respectively

Step- 1 : Find LCM(16, 18 , 24) [say result as l]

3 | 16 , 18 , 24
2 | 16 , 6 , 8
2 | 8 , 3 , 4
2 | 4 , 3, 2
• | 2, 3 , 1

l = 3×2×2×2×2×3 = 144

• Convert 144 min to Hours and minutes

144/60 = 2.4 Hrs
=> (2 + 0.4) Hrs
=> 2 Hrs (0.4×60) min
=> 2 Hrs & 24 min

• Add this to the time when all the tigers roared together i.e., 12: 30 to get the required time

Required time = 12 :30 + 2 : 24 = 14 : 54

14 : 54 = 2 : 54 pm

•°• Again at 2 : 54 pm, the 3 tigers will roar together.

Hope it helps
