If the frequency of the wave is 150 hertz then find the velocity and the wavelength of the wave

It is not possible to determine the other two using this single parameter.

However, if it is given that the wave is an electromagnetic wave, the velocity shall definitely be  3 * 10^8 m/s.

So, wavelength in that case would be:

 wavelength = \frac{speed}{frequency} = \frac{3 * 10^8}{150} m = 2 * 10^6 m

Or, wavelength is 2000 km.
