india will be more cold because the cold wind from north is stopped by himalayas
but there would be lot of droughts or water scarcity because himalaya give birth to main rivers which flows in india

________________________

without himalayas cold and moisture winds from Siberia, Central Asia and Gobi Desert would enter the subcontinent owing to North East trade winds and Horse latitudes. Thus  making the place a cold-dry desert with little or no vegetation.

Also the racial profile of India would be very different as there would be very strong Mongol attacks because no natural difference would have been present.
