length=45 1/2m
breadth=23 1/2 m
CONVERT ALL OF THEM INTO IMPROPER FRACTION
length=91/2m
breadth =47/2 m
perimeter =2×(91/2 + 47/2)
=2× 139/2
=139 m
to fence 3 layers =139×3=417 m
breadth=23 1/2 m

Given that length = 45 and a half = 45.5
Breadth = 23 and a half = 23.5
We know that perimeter of a rectangle= 2(l +b) {Perimeter because we needed to find the length }
Perimeter of the rectangle= 2 ( 45.5 + 23.5)
= 2( 69)
=138 m
Now, according to the question the fence has three layers
∴ Total length= 3 * 138 = 414 m
Breadth = 23 and a half = 23.5
