perimeter = 2(length + breadth)

so P = 2{(2x^2-5x+2) +(x^2-2x-4) }

= 2{(2x^2+x^2) +(-5x-2x) +(2-4) }

=2(3x^2-7x-2)

=6x^2-14x-4
