let the length and breadth be 2x and 3x.

perimeter = 2( l+b )

50 = 2(2x+3x)

25 =5x

x= 5

hence the length and breadth are 10cm and 15cm

:. Perimeter = 2( 2x+3x )

50 = 2( 5x )

50 = 10x

x = 50/10
