here's Ur answer...
we know that all sides of a cube is equal and here the length of all sides is different. so it must be a cuboid.
given :-
length of the cuboid = 3.5cm
breadth of the cuboid = 2.5cm
height of the cuboid = 1cm
>> TSA of the cuboid = 2 ( lb + bh + lh )
= 2 [ ( 3.5 × 2.5 ) + ( 2.5 × 1 ) + ( 3.5 × 1 ) ]
= 2 ( 8.75 + 2.5 + 3.5 )
= 2 × 14.75
= 29.5cm²
>> LSA of the cuboid = 2h ( l + b )
= 2 × 1 ( 3.5 + 2.5 )
= 2 × 6
= 12cm²
