Hey,
Let the width be X,
So, length =3x
Perimeter = 84cm.
2(l+b)=84
2(3x+x)=84
4x=42
x=10.5.

Now, length =3*10.5
=31.5 cm.

Hope this helps you buddy :):)
Take care :):)

Hello Dear!!!

Here's your answer....

Let,

The breadth be x

Length is 3x

Given that,

Perimeter is 84

Perimeter of a rectangle is 2(l+b)

2(l+b) = 84

2(3x+x) = 84

2(4x) = 84

8x = 84

x = 84/8

x= 10.5

Breadth is 10.5

Length is 3x

3x= 3*10.5
3x= 31.5

Length is 31.5 cm
