lenth=y+2

breath=x-2

area=x.y-28 and x-2*y+2

xy-28=(x-2)(y+2)

xy-28=xy+2x-2y-4

2y-2x=24

y-x=12

y=12+x

length=y-1

breath= x+2

area=xy+33 and (x+2)(y-1)

xy+33=xy-x+2y-2

35=2y-x

2y=35+x

y=(35+x)÷2

12+x=(35+x)

24+2x=35+x

x=35-24

x=11

y=23
