Answer

Given ,

Sides of triangle are :

 \rm2 \frac {1 } { 3 } =  \rm \frac { 7 } { 3 }

 \rm 3 \frac { 1 } { 2 } =  \rm \frac { 7 } { 2 }

 \rm \frac { 3 } { 4 }

Sides of rectangle are :

 \rm2 \frac { 1 } { 3 } =  \rm \frac { 7 } { 3 }

 \rm 1 \frac { 3 } { 5 } =  \rm \frac { 8 } { 5 }

Perimeter of triangle :

Sum of length of all three side

 \rm \frac { 7 } { 3 } +  \rm \frac { 7 } { 2 } +  \rm \frac { 3 } { 4 }

Taking LCM = 12

 \implies \rm \frac { 28 + 42 + 9 } { 12 }

 \implies \rm \frac { 79 } { 12 }

 \implies \rm 6.5833 units

Perimeter of rectangle :

2 ( length + breadth )

 \implies \rm2 (  \rm \frac { 7 } { 3 } +  \rm \frac { 8 } { 5 })

Taking LCM = 15

 \implies \rm2 (  \rm \frac { 35 + 24 } { 15 })

 \implies \rm2 (  \rm \frac { 59 } { 15 })

 \implies \rm7.86666 units

Clearly rectangle has more perimeter than triangle
