Explanation:

If you write the prime numbers between 1 to 100 -

2,3,5,7,

11,13,17,19,

23,29,

31,37,

41,43,47,

53,59,

61,67,

71,73,79,

83,89,

97

For 7 consecutive composite numbers, there should be 2 prime numbers with at-least a difference of 8. 

And that's possible only between 89 and 97.

So the numbers are 90,91,92,93,94,95,96.
