Hey,
Thanks for asking this question.

Given points are,
•A(6, b-2) => (x1, x2)
&
•B(-2, 4) => (y1, y2)

Mid point is
•C(2, -3) => (z1, z2)

We know the mid point formula,
•z1 = (x1 +y1)/2
•z2 = (x2 + y2)/2

=> z1 = {6+(-2)}/2 = 2

=> z2 = {(b-2) + 4}/2

=> -3 = (b+2)/2

=> b+2 = -6

●●●=> b = -8

So the value of b is -8.
