Answer:

If the monsoons were weak, there no sufficient water for the people for consumption, for daily usage, for cleaning purposes, for underground water(underground water will become dry) and for agricultural purposes. There is no water for us to eat, which means if there is no water for crops which we are eating daily, the crops become dry, so we can't eat the dry crops. This is the main bad reason of agriculture.  Streams, rivers, lakes, ponds, oceans and seas will become dry and we can see no water on them.  Also the main factors are droughts, scarcity and famines will also come at this situation. And the summer will be too longer at this situation
