if the moon atrracts earth , why does the earth not move towards the moon

Earth has more weight and it is 4 times bigger than moon. Also moon is around an orbit.

using the equn F=GMm/R*2 WHERE Fis the gravitational force, G=gravitational constant M is mass of the earth,m is mass of the object and R IS DISTANCE OF THEobject from the centre  of the earth.but F=mg  iemg=GMm/R*2 or g=GM/Rbut the mass of the earth is more than that of moon  g of earth is also more than moon .so moon move towards the earth
