AP are :-

x-2 , 4x - 1 and 5x + 2

⇒ (4x - 1) - (x - 2) = (5x + 2) - (4x - 1)  

⇒ 4x - 1 - x + 2 = 5x + 2 - 4x + 1

⇒ 3x + 1 = x + 3

⇒ 3x - x = 3 - 1

⇒ 2x = 2

⇒ x = 1
