If the nth term of an AP is
 \frac{3 + n}{4}
then its 8th term is :--

nth term is = 3+n/ 4

an = 3 + n / 4

a8 = 3 + 8 / 4

a8 = 3 + 2 

therefore, a8 = 5

or this can also...

given Tn=(3+n)/4

=8th term, T8=(3+8)/4

= T8=11/4

Given, nth term of an A. P = 3+n/4 .

let n = 8 .

8th term of the A. P = 3 + 8 / 4 = 11/4 .
