If the nuceous of an atom can collapse the it will convert into energy and if it converts into energy. then the mass of an atom transfer into heat energy and then the mass is destroy because it transfer into energy and energy doe not have mass then how the mass can not be destroyed in the chemical reaction?

Very simple.
If u can convert mass into energy by Einsteins equation then that doesnt means the mass is deatroyed because if u conserve that energy and u can convert that into mass with same Einsteins equation.
