B<Be<C is the correct order. On moving from left to right ionisation enthalpy decreases. But Be is having high IE than B because it has 2s2 electrons which is most stable than 2p1 electrons.

Hey mate!

Here is yr answer....

Ionization potential :
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
<> The amount of energy required to remove an electron from the outermost shell(orbit) of an atom
<> In groups IP < and in periods it >..... bcoz of
-Atomic radius
-Shielding effect
-nuclear charge
-Penetration power of orbitals
-Stable configuration
_________________________
Among. Be, C, B... Berylium has the greater atomic radius than Boron and Carbon and next Boron has the Greater atomic radius than Carbon . If more the atomic radius Less IP...
__________________________
Be - 1s² 2s²
B - 1s² 2s² 2p¹
C 1s² 2s² 2p²
He, If we consider Nuclear charge C has more nuclear charge than B and Be, and B has more nuclear charge than Be... More the nuclear charge, more the IP
We can say the order is C > B > Be
But, Be has stable EC ---- 2s² ...while boron has 2p¹
Therefore, considering all factors of IP -- the order
C > Be > B
Hope it helps....
