by give condition
4\pi {r}^{2}  =  \frac{4}{3} \pi {r}^{3}
 \frac{4\pi  \times 3 }{4\pi}  =  \frac{ {r}^{3} }{ {r}^{2} }
r=3
D=r×2=3×2=6cm
