x-1,y+3=x+4,2.

so x-1-x+4 = y-3+2.

3=y-1y=2

x-1,y+3=x+4,2

x-1,2+3=x+4,2

x-1,5=x+4,2

2x=3

x=3/2

x+y =1.5+2=3.5. it is close to 3.4 so answer should be b)3.4
