If the ordered pairs ( x-1, y+3) and (2, X+4 ) are equal, find x and y

The ordered pairs (x-1,y+3) and (2,x+4) are equal.

According to the question,

x-1=2
=>x=3.

putting the value of x in x+4 = 3+4 =7

Again.

According to the question ,

y+3 = 7
=> y = 4.

therefore,

x = 3 and
y = 4.
