If the organization of the cell is destroyed due to physical and chemical influence then : 
1. It damages the whole cell.
2. It effects on growth and function of all other organelles. 
3. The cell may become weak and even it may die. 
4. New cells cannot be formed. 
5. The organization of that organism many not be existing after some year and it would become extinct.
