Given :

  • Radius of outer circle = 9m
  • Radius of inner circle = 6m

To find : Area of circular path

Formula used :

  • Area of circle = π r²

Procedure :

  • Find area of both circles , outer circle as well as inner circle
  • Then subract area of inner circle from area of outer circle , to find area of path

Solution :

Area of outer circle = π(9²)

Area of outer circle = 81π m²

Area of inner circle = π(6²)

Area of inner circle = 36π m²

Area of path = Area of outer circle - Area of inner circle

Area of path = 81π - 36π

Area of path = 45π m²

Area of path = 45×3.14 m²

Area of path = 141.3 m²

ANSWER : Area of path = 141.3 m²

Answer:141.43 m²

Step-by-step explanation:

First we need to find the area of both the circle which is the circle with radius of 9cm and circle of 6cm

area of first circle-

(circle area formula- πr²)

r=9cm

π=22/7

Thus 22/7 * 9²

--> 22*81/7

--> 254.57 m²

area of second circle-

(circle area formula- πr²)

r=6cm

π=22/7

Thus 22/7*6²

--> 22*36/7

--> 113,14

Now area of the path = area of circle 1 - area of circle 2

i.e

254.57-113.14=141.43

hope it helps
