As we know pancreas secretes three enzymes - pancreatic amylase, trypsin and lipase. So if the pancreatic duct is blocked then the secretion of these enzymes won't take place and lipase breaks down fats into fatty acids and glycerol. Hence fats won't be broken down into smaller fat globules.
