Radius of a circle:
A line segment joining the centre of a circle and a point on the circle is called a radius of a circle.
Perimeter of a circle:
The distance covered by travelling once around a circle is called the perimeter of the length of boundary of a circle.
Usually it is known as circumference.
Circumference of circle= 2πr
Area of a circle:
The Area of a circle is πr². Where ‘r’ is the radius of the circle.
SOLUTION:
Perimeter of the circle= area of a circle
2πr = πr²
2=r
Hence, radius of a circle is 2
