let one side be x so,other one is x+10
now
x+x+x+10+x+10=140
4x+20=140
4x=140-20
4x=120
x=30
x+10=40

let breadth be x
then length= x+10
so,2*(x+x+10)= 140cm
»2*(2x+10)=140cm
»4x+20=140cm
»4x=120cm
»x=120/4 =30cm
So breadth is 30cm and length= 30+10=40cm
