We know that perimeter / circumference of a full circle is 2πr

So ,

perimeter of semi circle [ protractor ] = 1/2 x 2πr

= πr

πr = 90 cm

22/7 x r = 90 cm

r = $\frac{90 * 7}{ 22}$

r = 28.63 cm ( approx.)
