here is ur answer:

perimeter of a rectangle = 16 cm

breadth = 2cm

length = l

perimeter \: of \: a \: rectangle = 2(l + b) \\ \\ 16 = 2(2 + l) \\ \\ \frac{16}{2} = 2 + l \\ \\ 2 + l = 8 \\ \\ l = 8 - 2 \\ \\ l = 6 \: cm \\ \\

hope it helps you!
