Let x be the side of the square
sides of the rectangle are: x+2, x-2
Perimeter = 64
2(length+ breadth)=64
2(x+2 + x-2) =64
2(2x) = 64
4x = 64
x= 16
original side of square is 16cm
sides of the rectangle are: x+2, x-2
Perimeter = 64

2(x+2 + x-2) =64
2(2x) = 64
