Given,

Perimeter of semi Circular lawn= 72m

Now,we know that

Perimeter of Circle= Circumference of Circle

=>Perimeter of Semi circle = Circumference of semi circle

=>Perimeter of Semi circle= 1/2×(Perimeter of circle)

=>Perimeter of Semi circle= 1/2 × 72

=>Perimeter of Semi circle = 36cm

Now, Perimeter of Semi circle=πr

=>36 = π×r

=>r = (36×7)/22

=>r= 11.45m (approx.)

Hence the radius of circle is 11.45 m.

Now, area of circle = πr^2

=>area of circle =(22/7)× 11.45×11.45

=>area of circle = 412.036m^2.

Hence the area of the circle is 412.036m^2.
