\textbf{\huge{ANSWER:}}

Given:

Perimeter of Trapezium = 52 cm

Non parallel sides = 10 each

As there are 2 non parallel sides, the sum will be equal to 10 + 10. Doing the same, we get:

Sum of non parallel sides = 20 cm ( 10 + 10 )

Altitude = 8 cm

Sum of parallel sides = 52 - 20

=》 \textbf{32 cm}

Area of a trapezium:

\frac{1}{2} \times Sum\:of\:parallel\:sides \times Altitude

Putting all the values in the formula:

=》 \frac{1}{2} \times 32 \times 8

=》 32 × 4 {cm}^{2}

=》 128 {cm}^{2}

Hope it Helps!! :)

The perimeter of a trapezium is 540 cm, If the non parallel sides are 10 cm each and the altitude is 8 cm, what is the area of the trapezium?

=The area of a trapezium = sum of the parallel sides * altitude/2. Here

it is (540–10–10)*8/2

= 520*8/2

=2080 sq cm.
