Perimeter=2(l+B)

2(l+B)=40m

Now,
lateral surface area=2(l+B)h

=40×4
$= 160 {m}^{2}$

Perimeter= 40 m

2(Length+Breadth) = 40

Length+ Breadth = 40/2 => 20 m

Height of the room = 4 m

Therefore,

CSA of room = 2(L+B) × H

=> 2 × 20 × 4 => 160 m².
