if the perimeter of the rectangle is 52 cm. if its width is 2 cm more than one third of its length. Find the area of the rectangle. (please reply)

2(l+b)=52cm=>l+b=52/2=26cm. Given, b=(l/3+2)
so, area of rectangle = l*b = l*(l/3+2). l=18cm & b=8cm, so area = l*b =18*8 = 144 cm-squared
