Step-by-step explanation:
We know that these three points (1,2) (-1,x) & (2,3) are Collinear .
So , | 1 2 1 |
| -1 x 1 | = 0
| 2 3 1 |
=> 1(x-3) - 2(-1-2) + 1(-3-2x) = 0
=> x - 3 -2(-3) - 3 - 2x = 0
x - 3 + 6 - 3 - 2x = 0
-x = 0
x = 0
