(3,4) lies on the graph
⇒x=3 and y=4 is the solution of the equation
3y+ax+7=0
3(4)+a(3)+7=0
12+3a+7=0
19+3a=0
⇒a=-19/3

hay!!

we know in (3,4) 3=x, 4=y

Then put the value in given equation

3y + ax + 7

=> 3(4) + a(3) + 7 =0

=> 3×4 + a×3 + 7 =0

=> 12 + 3a + 7 =0

=> 19 + 3a =0

=> 3a = -19

=> a = -19/3

I hope it's help you
