Let P be pt(x,y)and A and B be other 2pts.
As the pts are equidistant,
therefore, PA=PB
using distance formula,
√(x-2)sq +(y-3)sq=√(x-6)sq+(y+1)sq
=(x-2)sq+(y-3)sq=(x-6)sq+(y+1)sq
Xsq-4x+4+Ysq-6y+9=Xsq-12x+36+Ysq+2y+1
8x-8y=24
x-y=3 is the relation between x and y.
hope it helps you ^-^.
