So

1) first calculate the direction ratio of taking two at a time

2) If both are parallel than ratio of direction ratio comes equal,hence both lines are parallel,with a common point,thus these are colliner

Direction ratio of line AB =-1-3,q-0,3-p

= -4,q,3-p

Direction ratio of line BC =-3+1,3-q,0-3

= -2,3-q,-3

if these lines are parallel,then,Direction Ratio's are same,than only these points can be collinear

So

\frac{-4}{-2}=\frac{q}{3-q}=\frac{3-p}{-3}\\\\so\\\\6-2q=q\\\\3q=6\\\\q=2\\\\-6=3-p\\\\p=9
