d is denoted to the distance ,
d=root{(4-0)^2+(3-3)^2}
d=root{4^2 + 0^2}
d=root4
d=2 units
then the distance between point B and center of the circle should also 2 units
2= root{(x-2)^2 + (5-3)^2 }
2=root{(x-2)^2 + (5-3)^2}
2=root{x-2)^2+2^2}
2=(x-2) +2
2-2 = x-2
0=x-2
x=2
