Given,

Perimeter = 154m.

To find,

The length & The bredth.

Solution.


Let , Breadth be x, Then length = x + 2

We know that,

$Perimeter = 2(l+b)$

⇒ $154 = 2(x+ x+2)$

⇒ $2x+2 = \frac{154}{2}$

⇒ $2(x+1)=77$

⇒  $x+1= \frac{77}{2}= 38.5$

⇒ $x = 38.5-1=37.5$

Therefore ,Breadth = x = 37.5  & Length = x  + 2 = 37.5 +2 = 39.5
