50=10
the actual price is 60
let the consumption before price is 20kg
price High by 10%
consumption is decreased by 10%
20kg=2kg
20- 2=18kg
before expenditure is 50*20=1000
after expenditure is 60*18=1080
so the expenditure is 1080-1000=80
the changes in expenditure is 80 rupees
