If the probability of winning a tennis match is one half more than twice of probability of losing the match,find the probability of winning and losing the match

Let the probability of lossing match be x
then probability of winning the match= 1/2 ×2x i.e x..
P(E)+ P(E_)=1
so , x+x=1
2x =1
x=1/2..
therefore probability of loosing and winning match is 1/2..
