Product of two rational no.s = 25/42
One of the two no.s = 16/7
Let the other one be x.
Then x * (16/7)= 25/42
⇒x=(25/42)/(16/7)=25/96(Ans)

Let the other number is x,

According to the question :

Product of the numbers = 25/42

 -  \frac{16}{7}  \times x =  \frac{25}{42}  \\  \\  \\  \\ x =   \frac{25}{42}  \times (  -  \frac{7}{16} ) \\  \\  \\  => x =  \frac{ - 25}{128}

Hence, -25/128 is the other number
