It is only possible if we multiply 1 with 1 or else if we multiply any number with 1 we will only get the same number so we should multiply a number with its multiplicative inverse to get 1.
Eg. 5 x 1/5 = 1
2 x 1/2 = 1
The reciprocal of any number is its multiplicative inverse.
Eg. 5 x 1/5 = 1
2 x 1/2 = 1
The reciprocal of any number is its multiplicative inverse.

Answer:
It can be 1
Because 1 × 1 = 1
or else when we multiply a number with its additive inverse we get the product 1
Eg : -7 × 7 = 1
