Hey dear !!!

==> Your question is like this

p(x) = 8x² - 6x - 6a then find the value of a .

we have ,

a = 8

b = -6

c = 6a

We also have given that the product of zeroes is 4 .

we have to find the value of a.

let the α and β are the zeroes of the given polynomial.

We know that,

α + β = -b/a

= -(-6/8)

= 6/8

and

αβ = c/a

= 6a/8

But, we have given that,

αβ = 4

hence,

4 = 6a/8

6a/8 = 4

6a = 4*8

6a = 32

a = 32/6

Therefore, the value of a is 32/6.
