Profit function:

p = 90x - 200 - x²

Now, if profit = ₹ 1200:-

1200 = 90x - 200 - x²

→ x² - 90x + 1400 = 0

→ (x - 20)(x - 70) = 0

→ x = 20, 70

Thus, production of 20 units and 70 units will yield a profit of ₹1200.
