If the radius of the Gaussian surface enclosing a charge is halved how does the electric flux through the Gaussian surface change

Answer:

The flux through a (closed) Gaussian surface would depend only on the net change enclosed by the surface. The size and the shape doesn't matter, as long as it is a closed surface. so, in this case the flux would not change.
