this question is easily solve by fundamental theory of circle
draw first two concentric circle
and draw a line which touch inner circle
now use Pythagoras theorem where hypoteneus is 5cm and perpendicular is 4cm so base is 3cm
hence double of base is 6cm
so, chord =6cm
