➝ $\dfrac{d1}{d2} = \dfrac{2}{5}$

The circumference of circle be C1 & C2,

➝ $\dfrac{C1}{C2} = \dfrac{2\pi \: r}{2\pi\:r}$

➝ $\dfrac{C1}{C2} = \dfrac{2\pi \: r}{2\pi\:r}$

➝ $\dfrac{C1}{C2} = \dfrac{2\pi \: \frac{d}{2} }{2\pi\: \frac{d}{2} }$

➝ $\dfrac{C1}{C2} = \dfrac{d1}{d2}$

➝ $\dfrac{C1}{C2} = \dfrac{2}{5}$

The ratio of circumference is 2:5 .
