if the ratio of the corresponding sides of two similar triangles is 2 is to 3 then what is the ratio of their corresponding height?

Ratio of square of sides of a similar triangle is equal to the ratio of the square of the corresponding heights of similar triangle.

Therefore ratio of the height of the similar triangle is

 \frac{2 {}^{2} }{3 {}^{2} } =  \frac{4}{9}
