Given:

The roots of the equation 3x²-4x+c=0 are equal

To find:

The value of c

Calculation:

If the roots of an equation are equal, then the discriminant should be equal to zero i.e., D=0

=> D = b²-4ac =0

=> b²-4ac=0

     (-4)² - (4×3×c) = 0

     16 - 12c = 0

     12c = 16

     c = 16/12

     c = 4/3

The value of c is 4/3
